FIAT
How did Mary respond to God’s invitation to be the mother of His Son? By saying, “Yes” (“Let it be done” or “Fiat” in Latin).
All girls in grades 5 through 12 are invited to join Fiat, a parish group that meets twice a month for informative meetings, Eucharistic Adoration, service activities, and social outings. Meetings cover ways for girls to grow in the faith – for example, prayer, modesty, and Catholic practices – and outings in the past have included picking apples for Dominican nuns, attending high school musicals, making pies for women in the parish, and helping children at a home for needy kids. Join us!

January Outing
Here are photos from our January outing. With the help of Anne Babione (see Holy Spirit Flowers organization), Fiat girls learned to arrange flowers and took them to the homes of some parishioners. They were very appreciative and sent thank you notes!
